The whole secret of a successful life is to find out what is one’s destiny to do, and
then do it, Sonali does a fantastic job with it.
Me and my sister aspired to be software engineers .My father spent about 25 years
working for a private company because he didn't want my sister and I to be
dependent on anybody. Since that I come from a middle-class household and that
my father worked very hard to fulfil my goals, it is difficult for us to subsist
without a job. When the time came, my sister and I both earned our Bachelor of
Engineering degrees, but once we graduated, we both had a difficult time in
finding job. Things improved once my sister acquired a job at a college, but
following her marriage, we found ourselves back in the same predicament of
having nothing to do and due to COVID, my Father being unable to work.
I looked for jobs in the software industry because I had to take care of my parents
after my sister got married. I came from a middle-class family, so we had to work
very hard to meet our basic needs, and this job marked the turning point in my
career. Then, one of my friends advised me to join CodersBrain to launch my HR
profession. I did so on July 15, 2020, and now people are finding employment
thanks to my HR position, I truly feel happy knowing that I am the cause of others'
happiness. I now have the opportunity to handle both my family and my job with
ease thanks to CodersBrain.
I've been a member of CodersBrain over two years, and things have changed today.
All credit for me and my family's happy existence goes to CodersBrain and Sonu
Sir, who served as my mentor and helped me through some of my most severe
situations, including those involving my family.
I just want to work with CodersBrain and am eager to learn new things in order to
expand my career options and enhance my knowledge and abilities so that I can
give more to CodersBrain.
Every employee needs a great work environment to survive in a company, and I
was fortunate to have one at CodersBrain. All team members are like family to me and always support and advise me in all situations. I would especially like to thank Sonu sir for his guidance as a mentor and Babita for always being there for me as an
elder sister.
