If we have the attitude that it’s going to be a great day it usually is. Simpy does a fantastic job with it.Working as a freelancer was not difficult for me since, first and foremost, I was a bachelor at the time, and secondly, I was working as a freelancer, so I could work whenever I wanted. But I had a darling little angel with me when I joined Codersbrain. Working with her was therefore quite difficult for me. Handling all of the housework, then taking care of your husband and in-laws, then dealing with my daughter, and then performing office work was quite difficult. It was difficult for me to keep track of everything. But, with the aid of my family, it gradually became easier for me, and I was able to do everything on my own.
Freelancing progressed slowly after marriage. Later I learned about codersbrain from a friend, and I applied for the post of recruiter, successfully clearing the interview, and receiving an offer from codersbrain. I am grateful to CodersBrain for giving me the opportunity to begin believing in myself again. I never imagined that I would be able to reopen my professional book and write a new chapter in it while while working as a mother. But CodersBrain assisted me in making this a reality by providing me with a platform where I can fulfil my responsibilities as a bahu, a wife, and, most importantly, a mother.
So, I began working in this field after leaving my job as a Java developer in a well-known organisation and needing to stay at home for personal reasons. Later my sister-in-law introduced me to this sector, and I began working as a freelance recruiter.
Codersbrain has provided me the opportunity to relaunch my career, and I would want to continue working with them. The nicest part about codersbrain is that we get to learn new things from our seniors on a daily basis. Every Saturday, we offer a session for something new. We learn about numerous portals, different methods of recruitment, and how to handle various recruitment problems from various insiders and outsiders.
As a long-term strategy I intend to stay with Codersbrain at a higher level and watch the firm expand. I enjoy learning new things on a daily basis and am grateful to be a working mother. I feel honoured to be a working mother. As a result, every day is a proud time for me. In the future, I picture myself as having a higher designation in Codersbrain.
