After finishing my 12th class, I was admitted to the CA program, but after three years of trying, I was unable to pass the second group of the CA program. I was left with just one or two numbers, which was very discouraging for me. After all of this, my family encourages me to pursue an MBA in HR since I enjoy interacting with people and they help me a lot to overcome these obstacles.
Just three months before my father retired, I started working for Coders Brain as an HR recruiter. However, with the help of Sonu Sir and Babita, I am now employed here as an HR manager. Everyday, i have the chance to form deep and enduring bonds with people, learn new things, follow my passions, and find solutions to challenging issues that have the potential to affect millions of people. As an HR professional, I enjoy persuading people and interacting with new people.
Everyone had confront the ups and downs in there carrer but with support of my family, sonu sir and babita and I over come with it, and I especially appreciate to Sonu sir and Babita to support me and always available to guide in every scenario.
I enjoy Friendly Atmosphere and transparent Management, Supportive team members and stress free environment in the CodersBrain.
