She says “I searched for daycares where I could leave my child while I go to work, but I was unsuccessful. I must work in order to provide a better life and meet my child’s requirements. I was searching for work places where I could take my child along with me. My career was interrupted for five years, and I fell behind in several areas. I stopped being confident. Went into despair since life had changed so much in five years. I was unable to secure a position in the M.Sc. programme after graduating. Then, I decided to pursue an MBA. I applied for entrance exams for 2 years, but despite scoring in the top six percent, I was unable to enroll in a prestigious university due to a lack of funding. And finally, I earned my #MBA in HR/Marketing in 2010, after which I started looking for a job in #hr . I decided on HR since I have a propensity of watching people and understanding their ideas. My workplace, my work, and my learnings were all wonderful when I started my professional career in 2010. My bosses taught me a lot. We managed a workforce of around 450 individuals. I learned a lot from the five large projects we were working with different managers. However, I was relocated to my hometown in 2015 after getting married, where I was unable to obtain any operations-related work.
All companies started #wfh during the #pandemic, and it turned out to be a blessing for moms like me. I started sharing my profile and giving interviews with lack of confidence. I shared my profile with #CodersBrain on a beautiful day, appeared for an interview and SK Gupta Sir offered me to join #CodersBrain. It was a turning point in my career. I was given a chance to return to my professional life. It restored my trust in myself. I’ve started believing that because of my knowledge gaps, no one would want to hire me. I had no knowledge of the GST when I first joined but after learning the same thing from Tanvi Bagpatia Mam and SK Gupta Sir, I felt renewed. Because of the workplace atmosphere and the boss, I like #CodersBrain. Secondly, due to My Manager and the rest of the Team. Naturally, I need them more now. The accomplishment I’m most proud of is being #awarded#employeeofthemonth at #CodersBrain only a few months after joining. I’d like to devote myself to this organization for a very long time.”
